To keep your blue checkmark on Twitter, individuals can sign up for Twitter Blue.
Twitter Blue is a subscription service that Elon Musk relaunched last year.
The service is $84 a year or $8 a month and provides a revenue stream for Twitter–and needed one, as the platform currently collects virtually all of its revenue from advertisers.
